Ingredients:

  1.      Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  2.     Onion 1
  3.     Milk 1 tsp
  4.     Tomato, chopped 1
  5.     Potato, boiled and cubed 1
  6.     Green chilli, finely chopped 1
  7.     Cheese slices 1–2
  8.     Eggs 2
  9.     Salt to taste
  10.     Oil for frying
  11.     A pinch of red chilli powder

 

Cooking Directions:

Firt,  Beat the eggs with salt, black pepper, chilli powder and milk. Keep aside. And heat oil in a pan, fry onions and add vegetables. Fry till tender. Pour the egg mixture in the pan with vegetables and spread evenly. Sprinkle chopped cheese slices on the omelette and cook for two minutes. Finaly Turn over to cook the other side. Fold and serve hot.
