Chicken Paratha Roll is a perfect dish that can be enjoyed at dinner or lunch when ever hunger strikes. It is very easy to make Chicken Paratha Roll at home.       Ingredients:

  1. Chicken (boneless strips) ½ kg
  2. Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp heaved
  3. Chili Powder 1½ tsp
  4. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  5. Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  6. All Spice 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric ½ tsp
  8. Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  9. Tandoori Color a pinch
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Yogurt ½ cup
  12. Oil ¼ cup
  13. Coal For dum
  14. Ingredients for paratha:
  15. Flour 3 cups
  16. Oil ¼ cup
  17. Yogurt 2 tbsp
  18. Milk (for dough) as required
  19. Baking Powder ½ tsp
  20. Salt ½ tsp
  21. Sugar 1 tbsp
  22. Ingredients for serving:
  23. French fries as required
  24. Onions 1 sliced
  25. Coriander (chopped) as required
  26. Green Chilies (chopped) as required
  27. Mint Leaves (chopped) as required
  28. Tamarind Chutney as required

Method:

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 30 mins.
Heat oil cook chicken until dry. Give dum of coal.
Knead the dough for paratha. Roll out parathas.
Spread with tamarind chutney, fries, onion, chicken and roll.
Chicken Roll is ready know serve hot with chutney.
